Hello. This is the Admiral speaking. You are about to embark on a very important mission. You must transport a diplomat to a peace conference that could save the Federation from falling back into war with the Klingons. Be careful, we have had a few reports of Borg near the border. Currently we do not have any information to determine whether this is true or not. We just want you to watch your back. We are sending other starships, but they have other duties too, and they will take a little while to get there. Remember, we don't want to risk war with the Klingons.
